Dirac Nanotechnology was born in 2018 as an innovative start-up thanks to its founders Federico, a nanotechnological engineering student, and Davide, a young businessman, both aspiring to bring nanotechnology closer to the real world. Both experts in the characterization of functional nanomaterials, they came up with the idea to use them to develop, produce and sell products and treatments based on nanotechnology, accessible to everyone. Nowadays, nanotechnology represents a consolidated and booming reality which, such as other big innovations, is revolutionizing every aspect of human life. Dirac is a pioneer in this technology, thanks to its know-how and its expertise in functionalized nano materials creation and in their application to the real world.

The idea of albero was born from a Federico’s need. He was born and raised in a small country village and when he moved to Rome, he found himself fighting with its awful air quality standards. Therefore, we have searched for an idea to remove air pollutants, knowing that we needed to start from indoor spaces, where we spend most of our time and where pollution levels can be much higher than outdoor.
