Larker's Stuffed Dates started as a family recipe rooted in the Medjool Date capital of Coachella Valley. Our grandfather Larry Smith would bring batches of his famous Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates to golf courses and dinner parties where guests would rave over the melt-in-your-mouth delicacies. When people began contacting him for more, we knew that we had to get his recipe on the shelves for everybody to enjoy. Now, rooted in Los Angeles, Larker's is run by his grandson Timothy Smith, who ensures nobody is left without a hearty batch of Larker's Stuffed Dates.
