The Lua smart planter is designed to enhance plant care by utilizing advanced technology to monitor and display the health status of your plants. It features a simple mobile app that requires an internet connection only for the initial download, allowing it to function offline. The app is user-friendly, requiring just a QR code scan to set up, making plant care accessible and straightforward.

Lua uses four sensors to track essential plant health metrics: water level, light exposure, motion, and temperature. These sensors trigger six key animations that indicate the plant's needs, such as when it requires watering or is exposed to too much light. This real-time feedback helps users maintain optimal conditions for plant growth, reducing the risk of overwatering or insufficient light exposure.

Additionally, Lua includes a sub-irrigation water reservoir, which minimizes the frequency of watering by ensuring the plant receives adequate moisture.
